The Bosch Rexroth MPN R911200151 (RZM01.1-6-010) motor filter serves to suppress transient voltages and reduce the effects of steep switching flanks in pulse converters, supporting operation with the RD 500 drive system. Compatible with 1.5, 3.0, and 4.0 power class converters, it accepts a connecting voltage of 3 x AC 380–400 V ±15%, with a maximum rated current of 10 A. The filter supports a maximum output frequency of 200 Hz at a pulse frequency of 8 kHz and is suitable for motor cable lengths up to 150 m. Terminal connections are made via U1, V1, and W1. The converter power loss is 120 W, and the device length is 300 mm. Observe a minimum 30 minute discharge period for capacitors before handling.
