RZR Frequency Converters

RZR Frequency Converters serve as RD500 control platforms for HPS line-side and motor-side inverter arrangements, providing the controller hardware needed for coordinated power-supply and regenerative drive functions. The series runs on 24 V control power, includes integrated fan cooling, and is offered in controller and inverter-control variants matched to different system roles. Designed for IP20 cabinet installation, RZR units require vertical mounting, specified clearance spacing, and operation within a 0 to 40 °C ambient range. Their interface layout supports service access, RS485 communication, point-to-point links between control units, relay output, digital and analog I/O, motor temperature monitoring, and speed encoder input.
