TFM Variable Frequency Drives

TFM Variable Frequency Drives were used in legacy Bosch Rexroth Indramat modular AC drive systems as blower-cooled drive modules operating from a common 300 VDC bus. The series includes TFM 3.1 and TFM 4.1 versions in 20 A, 30 A, and 50 A current ratings, giving the system designer multiple output classes for matching the drive module to the connected machine load. Heat removal is handled through an internal blower, so the unit is actively air-cooled rather than dependent on natural convection alone. Within the cabinet, TFM drives function as part of a coordinated Indramat power-and-drive arrangement, working with the required supply hardware and companion modules in the shared DC-bus structure. The series is mainly relevant for maintaining or replacing established Indramat installations where the original 300 VDC modular architecture, current class, and cooling format must be preserved.
