VT-MSPA Drives
VT-MSPA Amplifier Modules are Bosch Rexroth analog control units used to drive proportional valves and pump-control devices in hydraulic systems that do not use electrical position feedback. The platform is available for single-solenoid and dual-solenoid arrangements, with command inputs suited for 0 to +10 V, 0 to ±10 V, and 4 to 20 mA control signals depending on the version. Signal behavior can be adjusted through ramp-up and ramp-down settings, zero-point correction, command-value scaling, and characteristic-curve shaping so the amplifier output matches the required hydraulic response. The output stage is clocked, current-regulated, and short-circuit protected, while the module operates from a 24 VDC supply and provides a digital ready signal plus measuring points for checking command and actual current values. Built as a compact DIN-rail module with detachable spring terminals, IP20 protection, and 0 to 60 °C ambient operation, the VT-MSPA series is suited for cabinet-mounted proportional hydraulic control where adjustable analog valve amplification is required.
