VT-VPCD Drives
Bosch Rexroth VT-VPCD Control Electronics are digital Euro-card modules used for electro-hydraulic control of A4VS pumps with HS4 control and A2V pumps with EO4 control. The series handles swivel-angle control, pressure regulation, and power limitation through a 24 VDC microcontroller-based platform with configurable analog command inputs, actual-value inputs, digital parameter selection, and a clocked flow-controlled valve output stage. VT-VPCD modules can support open-circuit pressure control with one pressure sensor or closed-circuit pressure control with two pressure sensors, while also evaluating valve-position and pump-swivel-angle feedback from inductive measuring systems. Stored parameter sets allow digital selection of swivel angle, pressure, power limits, and ramp times, with additional functions for leakage compensation, master/slave operation, configurable test outputs, and local-bus networking for up to 32 control electronics.
