BTV04 Miniature Control Panels

BTV04 Miniature Control Panels are compact Bosch Rexroth Indramat operator panels used for PLC-based machine visualization, input, and local control functions. The series is built around a 128 × 64 pixel full-graphics LCD with LED backlighting, providing a 68 × 37 mm display area in a small front-panel footprint. Each unit operates from 24 VDC and combines RS485 and RS232 communication with integrated 24 V digital I/O, including 10 inputs and 11 outputs for direct control-system connection. For industrial mounting, the BTV04 provides IP65 protection at the front, IP20 housing protection, and a RAL 7035 light gray finish. A simplified reduced-key keypad supports basic operator handling, while the ability to connect up to six panels to one control makes the series suitable for distributed machine-interface layouts.
