BTV05 Miniature Control Panels

BTV05 Miniature Control Panels are Bosch Rexroth Indramat compact operator terminals used for PLC-based machine control, local visualization, and panel-level interaction. The series uses a 256 × 64 pixel LCD with LED backlighting and a visible display area of 124 × 34 mm, giving operators a small graphic interface for machine status and control information. Power and communication are handled through a 24 VDC supply, RS232, and RS422/485 serial interfaces, while integrated 24 V digital I/O provides 10 inputs and 11 outputs for direct control-system connection. Operator input is supported by an onboard keypad with seven freely assignable keys that can be labeled for machine-specific functions. Built for industrial panel installation, BTV05 units feature IP65 front protection, IP20 housing protection, a RAL 7035 light gray finish, and support for connecting up to six panels to a single control system.
