BTV06 Miniature Control Panels

BTV06 Miniature Control Panels are Bosch Rexroth Indramat compact HMI units built for machine operation, plant control, and user-facing visualization in industrial automation systems. The series combines a 240 × 128 pixel backlit graphic LCD with a 39-key keypad, including seven freely assignable machine-control keys with LED indicators and custom labeling options. Hardware features include 24 VDC operation, onboard flash and RAM, two fully wired Indramat-standard serial interfaces for RS232 and RS422/485 communication, and integrated 24 V digital inputs and outputs for external control wiring. Designed for industrial panel installation, BTV06 units use an impact-resistant housing with IP65 front protection and are suited for applications such as automation equipment, packaging machinery, food-processing systems, and machine tools. With programmable keys, compact construction, and compatibility with Indramat controller applications created through ScreenManager, the BTV06 series provides a practical operator-interface platform for single-axis and multi-axis machine control.
