CTA Interface Keypads

CTA Interface Keypads are front-mounted operator panels used with CLM control systems to provide local display, setup, diagnostics, and machine interaction from the control panel. Each unit combines a liquid-crystal display with four lines of sixteen characters and a 20-key pressure-sensitive keypad for entering, editing, and reviewing program or parameter data. Operators can use dedicated keys for cursor movement, command selection, value adjustment, and fault clearing while working through parameter, manual, and automatic operating modes. The keypad interface can display software diagnostics, variable data, I/O status, counters, program information, and parameter screens, along with motion-related values such as actual position, lag distance, remaining travel, speed, and measuring wheel data. Overall, the CTA series functions as a compact CLM operator interface for machine setup, status monitoring, troubleshooting, and on-machine program management.
