VEH Handheld Terminals

Rexroth IndraControl VEH Handheld Terminals are portable PC-based operator panels used for machine operation, setup, diagnostics, and parameter work with Bosch Rexroth control systems over Ethernet TCP/IP. The series combines an 8.4-inch TFT touchscreen with membrane-key input, side-mounted function keys, and model-dependent controls such as jog keys for up to six axes, a handwheel, and an override device. Safety integration is built into the handheld concept through a two-circuit stop pushbutton and a two-circuit, three-stage enabling device, both routed through the VAC connection module for connection into the machine safety circuit. The terminal links to the control cabinet through a VAC 30.x module and 17-pin connector, with the VAC providing fixed wiring for 24 VDC power, Ethernet, stop circuits, and enabling-device circuits while supporting a connect/disconnect design intended to avoid unintended shutdowns. Built for industrial use, VEH units provide IP65 protection, chemical and oil resistance, and shock/vibration-resistant construction, with commissioning and periodic safety-function checks required to verify proper operation of the enabling device and stop function.
