The 1MS200D-4D-A1 is a stator assembly manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the 1MB High-Speed Asynchronous Motors series. Designed as a frameless component, it is built into high-speed spindle housings where limited radial space and strict thermal control are required. Within an automation cell, the stator supplies the stationary electromagnetic field that interacts with a separate rotor to produce torque, enabling controlled rotation in milling, drilling, or grinding spindles.

The frame size of the assembly is 200, so its outside diameter, bolt circle, and pilot surfaces correspond to other 1MB elements of the same frame. Heat produced in the windings is extracted through Liquid cooling, and the integral aluminum cooling jacket presents low thermal resistance to the circulating fluid. A pre-assembled 1.5 m loom is fixed to the coil heads, reducing wiring time and keeping splice points outside the spindle cavity. By directing coolant through the surrounding coolant channel, the stator maintains stable winding temperatures during continuous high-speed duty, limiting insulation stress and eliminating performance derating.

Axial power density is defined by the motor length code D, while electrical characteristics are adjusted by the winding variant 4D, giving system designers flexibility when selecting an inverter.
