The R911263351 (1MR160N-B074/S001) is a 1MR160 rotor designed for integration into Bosch Rexroth 1MB asynchronous motors with a 160 frame size and N length. The rotor features a sleeve, a front-positioned laminated core with balancing rings, and includes an NTC/PTC resistor configuration for controller compatibility. Installation requires pre-heating the rotor to 180–200°C for proper spindle fit. The balancing process must adhere to specified vibration severity ratings. Protective gloves and clothing are needed during handling when rotor temperature exceeds 50°C. The unit includes a corrosion inhibitor for transport, which must be removed before assembly. The rotor has an inside diameter of 74 mm.
