NTC thermistors in this motor monitor internal temperature changes and allow early response to overheating. They work with the drive controller to trigger alarms or shutdowns, ensuring thermal safety during long-duty or variable-load operations.

Install the motor with enough space around the axial blower vents to prevent restricted airflow. Avoid blocking the intake or exhaust zones and ensure the motor isn’t installed near heat-generating components that could disrupt cooling.

The motor uses a squirrel cage rotor, known for mechanical simplicity and low maintenance. It provides dependable torque performance and excellent durability for automated operations with frequent start/stop cycles or continuous duty.

If unusual vibration occurs, check that the motor is mounted on a level surface and all fasteners are torqued correctly. Inspect the shaft alignment, and ensure the motor is not exposed to resonance from nearby equipment.
