The MAC092B-0-QD-4-C/095-A-2/WI524LV/S013 is a rapid response AC servo motor from the Bosch Rexroth MAC series. Known for its permanent-magnet, electronically commutated design, it must operate within a temperature range of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. It's equipped with a lifetime lubricated bearing and brushless mechanism for a maintenance-free operation. The high power-to-weight ratio results from its B04 and B14 compact design, allowing it to be oriented in any mounting position. The unit features a standard tachofeedback and incremental encoder for real-time rotor velocity and position detection. This model, with a pulse count of 625 lines, operates best in presses, stamping machines, or robotics environments. It can reach nominal and peak operating speeds of 4000 rpm and 4700 rpm, respectively. With a torque of 3 Nm, this Indramat AC servo motor accommodates supply voltage up to 5V. It comes with a heavy-duty 14 Nm blocking brake, and uses natural convection for cooling. Equipped with IP65 protection and Class-F insulation, it employs an A-side power connector and a plain shaft.
