The MAC114A-0-ED-4-C/180-L-1/WA605XX/S011 is a compact AC servo motor from Rexroth Indramat's MAC series, designed optimally for precision-oriented applications. Attributes such as its distinct diameter and material contribute to its low inertia characteristics. It is equipped with various elements including an ED winding, motor feedback mechanism, a 180mm centering diameter, power connection, encoder, keyway, a standard blocking brake, and flanges. This composition allows compatibility with analogue drives. The power connector of the motor is positioned on the left side. A manual release key is available as a standard feature to disable the brake without drawing additional power.

The motor utilizes a 520LV type incremental encoder operating on a 5V supply voltage, emitting square wave signals and output pulses at a rate of 1.250 per revolution. Capable of managing 20 mA during low and high square wave signals, this encoder tracks positional shifts instead of delivering an absolute position, indicating the distance between the rotating shaft and a reference position. For maintaining accuracy, it is advised to keep the reference position consistent during drive changes.
