The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MAD100D-0150-SA-S0-KK0-05-N1 is a precision MAD IndraDyn A Motors series spindle motor designed for high-performance industrial automation tasks. Featuring an Axial fan cooling system and a Singleturn absolute encoder with 2048 increments, this servo motor maintains optimal thermal stability and accurate position feedback. With a rated speed of 1500 rpm, it delivers reliable motion control for milling, turning, and indexing applications.
This spindle motor is built on a robust 100-size frame with a flange mounting style and half-key balanced shaft sealed against contaminants. It operates at 25.6 A rated current, drawing continuous standstill current of 26.8 A and producing a continuous torque of 64 Nm. The integrated axial fan operates on 3 x 400 V or 3 x 480 V at 50/60 Hz, dissipating 83–100 VA with a fan flow current of 0.12 A. The motor meets IP 65 protection, ensuring dust and liquid ingress resistance, and its housing is finished in RAL 9005 jet-black primal coating.
Designed for longevity and ease of integration, this MAD100D variant has a bearing mechanical service life of 30000 hrs and uses standard bearings without holding brake. The connection side is terminal box B, allowing straightforward electrical installation with 4 mm² power wire cross-section, and includes two PTC sensors for thermal monitoring. The motor’s six-pole design and 0.0392 kg·m² rotor inertia enable smooth acceleration and deceleration within its S6-44% duty cycle. Compliance with DIN EN 60034-1 insulation class F and IP 65 ensures international standards adherence.
