The MAD130C-0150-SA-S2-AQ1-35-N1 is a servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the MAD IndraDyn A Motors series. It is intended for electrically driven axes that require precise velocity and position control in industrial automation cells, machine tools, and material-handling equipment. This unit combines an internal feedback device, integrated ventilation, and a flexible mounting interface so that drive system builders can match mechanical load, cooling capacity, and feedback accuracy without external adapters.

The motor routes its power and feedback conductors on the A-side through a keyed connector, simplifying cabinet wiring and field replacement. Thermal management is handled by an integrated axial fan that draws air along the housing to remove winding heat without the need for liquid circuits. Position feedback is supplied by a Singleturn absolute encoder EnDat2.1, providing digital angle data to the drive controller after every power-up without homing moves. For static holding or emergency stop conditions, an electrically released brake is fitted; it remains engaged when power is removed and disengages only under commanded excitation from the control system.

An application can suspend or index heavy loads because the brake supplies 80 Nm of torque, limiting shaft creep during vertical positioning tasks. The mechanical envelope follows frame size 130 with frame length C, giving designers a standard diameter and stack height for power density calculations. Installation choices include flange and foot mounting, letting the same motor bolt to either end-bell faces or machine bases. Dynamic balance meets vibration grade R, which helps reduce transmission noise and prolong bearing life in demanding duty cycles. A whole-key shaft, balanced and without a shaft seal, and a standard deep-groove bearing arrangement complete the drivetrain interface for general-purpose servo applications.
