Engineered for high-load applications, this servo motor features a robust motor frame size 100 and frame length D profile, enabling compact installation in constrained cabinet layouts. Equipped with a flange mounting interface and a smooth shaft with shaft seal, it ensures reliable mechanical coupling and contamination resistance. The integrated Singleturn absolute encoder EnDat2.1 delivers 2048 increments for high-resolution feedback and precise position control.
Reliability is enhanced by forced-air cooling via an axial fan blower, maintaining optimal winding temperatures within a thermal time constant of 20 min even under continuous duty. The motor produces a maximum torque of 146.5 Nm and maximum power of 13.7 kW, supported by a rated power of 6.7 kW and rated current of 19.3 A for sustained performance. With a vibration grade R classification and a protection strategy including a shaft seal and flange porting, the design resists wear from dust and lubricant loss.
