During rated operation the windings permit a nominal speed of 4000 min⁻¹. Power and feedback conductors exit on Side A through a single Connector, reducing cabinet depth. A blocking brake is factory fitted and clamps the shaft with 22 Nm of torque when supply power is removed. A shaft seal protects the internal bearings from splash environments, and the housing follows the standard cooling surface design.
Closed-loop performance is handled by the integrated Digital servo feedback (DSF) system, which streams absolute position data to the controller for fine motion correction. The stator and rotor follow the series’ size code 093, while length code “B” provides an intermediate stack that balances inertia against peak power. A Plain shaft is supplied so coupling hubs can be clamped directly without keyway alignment, and the absence of a secondary shaft end on side B simplifies mounting within tight conveyor frames. These features support quick commissioning and consistent accuracy across multi-axis assemblies.
