The MDD112C-N-015-N2L-130GB3 is a compact synchronous servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth, which is designed for use in various applications such as robotics and textile machining. The servo motor's black prime varnish sealed housing is rated IP 65, providing robust protection in challenging environments and preventing chalky buildup, yellowing, and weather damage. The natural convection and surface cooling enabled by the housing maintain optimal operating temperatures. Features like a thermal sensor in the stator windings and permanently lubricated bearings assure prevention of thermal overload and maintenance-free operation, respectively. An integrated 60.0Nm electrically released holding brake secures the servo axis when power is off. The servo motor utilizes a plain output shaft with a sealing ring and electronic commutation for a backlash-free, non-positive shaft-hub connection, high cyclic load capacity and the ability to handle high radial load.
