The MDD112C-N-030-N2L-180GB0 is a Bosch Rexroth digital AC servo motor, composed of a laminated core, permanent magnets, windings, and rotor shaft. It features a brushless design that requires no maintenance and electronic commutation. This motor is designed to operate even in harsh conditions, thanks to its sealed housing and IP65 protection rating. It includes an integrated sensor to monitor winding temperature, helping to avoid potential overload damage. Highly suitable for industrial applications like robotics and transfer facilities, this motor exhibits excellent performance in precision-based tasks that require synchronism.

Installation of this motor is uncomplicated, with the capacity to directly attach pinions and belt pulleys to the motor shaft, and flexibility regarding orientation. The MDD112C-N-030-N2L-180GB0 accommodates surface cooling and natural convection with a housing designed for these features. Mounting is made easy by the motor flange design with through holes for IM B5 or IM B4 design. It operates at a nominal speed of 3000 RPM and meets the standard motor balance class according to DIN VDE 0530 regulations. For feedback, it supports digital servo. Its plain shaft has a centering diameter of 180 millimeters and the power socket is located on side B of the housing. A keyed option for the shaft is available upon customer request.
