The MDD112D-N-015-N2L-130PB2 is a high-performance digital AC servomotor designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It boasts of standard electrical connections and an integrated temperature sensor in the windings, all regulated by a connected drive controller. With a high power density, it handles high-speed range cutting seamlessly and ensures a maintenance-free operation. The motor is constructed with a laminated core, permanent magnets, and dual windings. It can safely function at up to 55°C and offers a waterproof IP 65 protection on the output shaft through a sealing ring.

As per IEC 721-3-3 standards, the motor can operate under various weather conditions and is shock-resistant, making it suitable for demanding applications. The B05 design flange allows for secure mounting, and a built-in 40Nm blocking brake enhances user safety. The servomotor also integrates a necessary surface cooling mechanism for intense loads and possesses a blower attachment to support this. The motor weighs 59kg without brake and blower; it operates optimally at around 100rpm during the reseating process. It also includes a protective switch and uses feedback for position evaluation.
