The MDD112D-N-015-N2M-130GA3 is a Bosch MDD motor with a speed rate of 1500 RPM. Suitable for natural convection or surface cooling, it includes an integrated blocking brake for safety, preventing shaft movement until a 24 Volt DC electrical release signal is initiated. This brake, weighing approximately 3.5 kilograms, delivers 60 Nm of holding torque and draws 1.35 Amps of current, with release and clamping delays of 150 and 30 milliseconds respectively. The motor housing is IP65 rated for total dust protection and resistance against low-pressure liquid jets from any direction. The unit's output shaft is a plain type and hosts an integrated encoder for tracking motor speed and position for the drive controller. The motor dimensions include a 193 millimeter motor flange, 14 millimeter mounting hole diameter and a length of 587 millimeters inclusive of the holding brake according to DIN 42948, with a 130mm centering diameter.
