The MDD112D-N-020-N2L-130GB2 is a state-of-the-art, permanent magnet-excited synchronous motor by Bosch Rexroth, ideal for high-precision industrial applications where a high degree of synchronization is needed. With the ability to be paired with the IndraDrive controllers, this motor provides a cost-effective solution for fast-response automation systems. Notable for its digital servo feedback, the MDD112D-N-020-N2L-130GB2 enables relative indirect position evaluation and rotor position detection with high precision, thanks to its integrated motor feedback based on an optical measurement system. This servo motor can prevent overload damage due to the inbuilt temperature sensor within its windings, and it cools through natural convection for a high overload capacity. Transmission of torque is backlash-free and non-positive, courtesy of a plain output shaft. The motor includes a 40.0 Nm blocking brake useful for holding the servo axes during standstill and operates optimally at an ambient 40°C temperature and up to 1000 m above sea level. The model possesses a DIN 40050-compliant housing design for protection against solid objects and water spray, and has a nominal speed of 2,000 rpm.
