The MDD112D-N-030-N2L-130GB1 is an intelligently designed servomotor belonging to the MDD series by Bosch Rexroth. As a synchronous motor, it flawlessly integrates with the Indramat digital drive controllers to create a fast-responding automation system. This product guarantees high contouring accuracy at fast feed rates, especially in high-speed cutting applications, making it ideal for tasks demanding high precision like operating grinding machines. The motor features a brushless design and a fully sealed housing, which ensures a maintenance-free operation. Its digital servo feedback evaluates motor position, speed, and rotor position, also including data storage capabilities for motor parameters. Accommodating non-positive shaft hub connections, the model comes with a plain shaft and permits non-positive, backlash-free torque transmission. It has high overload capabilities due to the way it dissipates heat naturally through conduction from the stator winds to the outer motor housing wall. Installation is straightforward and flexible due to the motor's compact design and high power-to-weight ratio. This motor is equipped with a 14.0 Nm blocking brake for maintaining servo axes when the machine is unpowered. Its durable black prime coat is resistant to various weather conditions, diluted acids, and alkalis. With an IP 65 protection degree, the motor is safeguarded from solid objects and water penetration. Its nominal speed is 3,000rpm.
