The MDD112D-N-030-N2L-130PL2 is a high-precision synchronous industrial motor designed by Rexroth Indramat. Built to meet international quality standards, this motor ensures reliable operation with various industrial machines such as grinders, handling systems, and metal forming machinery. Its brushless design ensures efficient operation with minimal environmental disturbance. This motor's housing adheres to IP65 protection class standards to effectively safeguard the internal components. Fitted with grease-lubricated ball bearings, this motor mitigates friction-induced heat during operation. Its rated speed is approximately 3000rpm, but at its peak input current of 222.2 amperes, it can reach up to 6000rpm while producing an output torque of about 130.2Nm per ampere. Moreover, an electrically releasing holding brake maintains the load position when the motor is idle, offering a holding torque of roughly 40Nm. To manage the motor's internal temperature, natural convection is applied, with the option to integrate an external air blower for surface cooling.
