The MDD112D-N-030-N2L-180GB2 is an innovative digital AC servomotor by Bosch Rexroth, designed with precise torque control subject to the supplied DC bus voltage. It accommodates a maximum continuous duty cycle of 15 minutes and incorporates two M8 tapped holes for tethering lifting screws as per DIN 580 standards. Notably, the motor should be safeguarded from impact on its shaft and other mishandling. It features securely fastened spigot nuts on its connectors and protective plastic covers to prevent damage and moisture ingress.

Key technical information, including continuous current, torque constant, thermal class and mode, is conveniently displayed on the motor's type plate. The motor feedback cable is designed to minimize sticking in drag chains. The product comes with strain relief provisions on its power connector to facilitate smooth operation. The device, mostly utilized in grinding applications requiring high synchronism, comes with a 24VDC nominal rating for its blocking brake, high power-to-weight ratio, lifetime lubricated bearings, and IP 65 protected cables.
