The MDD115B-N-015-R2L-130GA2, a product of Bosch Rexroth’s commitment to high-quality drive and motion control components, is a permanent magnet servo motor designed for start-stop operations with frequent repetitions. The motor utilizes a rotor made from rare-earth or iron oxide magnets, which results in a low inertia device with diverse continuous torque and speed values. At a nominal speed of 1,500 rotations per minute, the motor achieves a winding inductance of 9.2mH and a peak torque of 118.2 Nm, while maintaining a winding resistance of 0.39 Ohm at 20 oC, as well as a torque constant of 1.40 Nm/A. Its housing design is optimized for natural convection and surface cooling. The 130GA2 meets the R balance class design standards according to DIN VDE 0530, section 14 (2/93 edition). With a centering diameter of 130mm and a 60 Nm blocking brake, it stops effectively when power is disconnected. Furthermore, built-in temperature sensors prevent overheating damage to the motor windings.
