The MDD115B-N-030-N2L-130GA0 is a high-power-density servo motor from the MDD series by Bosch Rexroth. Suitable for a rich variety of applications, it works exceptionally well for devices altering tools and roller feeds in pressing, punching, and nibbling machines. The motor features a digital servo feedback and power connection on side A, however, it lacks a blocking brake. Despite that, MDD115 motors with 45Nm and 60Nm blocking brakes can be provided upon customer request. The MDD115B-N-030-N2L-130GA0 motor comes with a plain main shaft suitable for non-positive shaft-to-hub connections. It has a 38Nm continuous torque at standstill in 60K overtemperature conditions with a nominal speed rating of 3000 RPM using natural convection. The motor comes with a thermal constant time of 90 minutes for natural convection and 60 minutes for surface cooling. Its centering diameter is 130mm and it operates optimally in ambient temperatures between 0 and 45 degrees Celsius at elevations between 0 and 1000 meters. Exceeding these limits could lead to derated performance or malfunctions. Installation and maintenance should be conducted by trained personnel only.
