Description

The MDD115C-F-020-N2L-130PA1 is a high-speed digital AC servomotor developed by Bosch Rexroth, equipped with a digital drive controller for rapid-response automatization. Designed ideally for high-speed dynamic applications, the motor features low inertia due to the choice of materials used for its permanent magnets. The device is resistant to the effects of coolants and soluble oil emulsions and utilizes a B14-type mounting flange. It is safeguarded against water ingress and foreign objects within its housing. The motor should be handled with care during transport and boasts a built-in blower operation that isn't reliant on the drive controller. The device facilitates relative position detection and provides a system accuracy within +/-0.5 angular minutes. Notably, it contains bearings durable for up to 30,000 operating hours in accordance with ISO 281 standards and includes both B14 and B5 design mounting. It presents permissible continuous torque in an S1 operating mode, maintains a favorable torque-to-inertia ratio for high dynamics and even offers a one-year backup support. The robust servomotor is equipped with a cylindrical shaft end, a DS M3-8 center hole and optionally, a 45Nm blocking brake.
