The MDD115C-N-020-N2M-180GA2 is a robust digital AC servomotor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It's specifically engineered for roller feeds applications and comes with dedicated connectors for feedback and power cables. Valued for its operational safety, the motor has protection against high voltage interactions. Operational temperature ranges between 0 and 45 degrees Celsius, with an installation altitude upto 1000m. To optimize its performance for punching-like applications, a shock-damped mounting is essential. As a uniquely adaptable product, it supports a Design B5 style mounting via a flange with through-holes and features a pilot diameter customized to 180mm.

For non-positive torque transmission, the device utilizes a straightforward shaft, while radial force deployment is based on the application point and average speed. Notably, the unit contains a 60Nm blocking brake fitting to hold servo axes in position once switched off and employs a blower for adequate surface cooling during continuous start-stop operations.
