The MDD115C-N-030-N2L-130PA1 is a high-performance Bosch servo motor designed for precision use within the robotics, textile, printing, and packaging industries, as well as in punching and pressing machines. Operating at a nominal speed of 3000 RPM, it offers a high power density due to its robust design. Digital servo feedback functionality enhances precision application. The motor comes in an IP65 rated housing, compatible with natural convection and surface cooling. It features a keyway-equipped output shaft, in line with DIN 6885-1 specifications, which prevents relative rotation and guarantees superior torque transfer. It houses a 45 Nm blocking brake which releases the motor shaft under a 24 Volts DC signal, with a 55 millisecond release delay and a clamping delay of 18 milliseconds. Weighing 52 kilograms, and measuring 458 millimeters in length, it has a flange size of 193 millimeters and a shaft diameter of 32 millimeters. It operates within the ambient temperature range of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius and can be stored within -20 to 80 degrees Celsius. A drive controller supplies power to the motor, which is connected electrically at the motor's side A. For safety reasons, only trained personnel should operate this motor.
