The Bosch Rexroth R911247348 (MDD065C-N-040-N2L-095PB1) is a compact permanent-magnet motor in the MDD series used for high-speed automation systems. Used in conjunction with modern digital drive controllers, it is commonly employed in robotics, textile machine operation, printing, and transfer facilities among others. The motor demonstrates a high cyclic load capacity stemming from its electronic commutation, making it suitable for consistent start-stop operations. With well-cooled stator windings, the motor exhibits a high overload capability. It is designed to efficiently cool by natural convection or surface cooling and has an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65, ensuring dust and touch protection. Running at a nominal 4,000 RPM, it delivers 6.1Nm of torque. It uses digital servo feedback for speed control and position detection. An integrated optical encoder ensures accurate operation while facilitating quick motor startup. Additionally, the unit includes a DIN 6885 compatible output shaft with a radial shaft sealing ring and a 3.0Nm blocking brake.
