The MDD series of Bosch Rexroth synchronous motors offers versatile functionality due to their diverse specifications. The R911252968 (MDD115A-N-030-N2L-130PB0) model is a high-density motor ideal for dynamic applications such as roller feeds in pressing, punching and nibbling machines as well as tool-changing devices. Its compact design and superior power-to-weight ratio allow flexible installation. This motor features a shaft with a DIN 6885-1 standard keyway and high overload capacity, thanks to effective heat transfer from the stator windings to the exterior of the housing. Cooled naturally and via surface cooling, this model operates at a nominal speed of 3,000 rpm, with a standard 130mm centering diameter. Its housing, sealed and following DIN 40050 guidelines, assures safe use under challenging conditions while the motor should be kept at an operating temperature between 0°C and 40°C, relative humidity up to 95%, and up to 1000m above sea level.
