The Bosch Rexroth R911255692 (MDD065D-N-040-N2M-095GB1) is a digital AC servo motor in the MDD series, ideal for rapid-response automation systems. It's known for high contouring accuracy at high speeds, making it suitable for machine tools, robotics, food packaging, textiles, and handling equipment. Features include a plain output shaft with a sealing ring, preventing fluid penetration and providing a zero backlash shaft hub connection. With a thermal sensor in its stator winding, it self-monitors to prevent thermal overload. The motor has electronic commutation enabling high overload capacity for high repetition start-stop operations. Its installation requires ready-made cables and supports high radial loads, permitting direct attachment of pinions and belt pulleys to the shaft.
