The Bosch Rexroth R911255969 (MDD090A-N-030-N2L-110PB2) MDD series servo motor is designed for use in diverse applications such as robotics, machine tools, textile, food processing, and packaging machines. The motor includes a thermal sensor in its stator windings for protection against thermal overload. Equipped with excellent overload capabilities, it efficiently dissipates heat from its stator windings to external housing walls. Its compact size leads to a high power-weight ratio, and its design allows high radial loads, enabling direct attachment of pinions and belt pulleys to its shaft. The motor is rated IP 65 according to DIN 40050 standards, ensuring it's dust, waterjet-proof, and touch safe. The embedded digital servo feedback system detects relative indirect position, retaining information even after power loss. It is designed for maintenance-free operation with a brushless design and lifetime-lubricated bearings. It operates optimally in ambient temperatures up to 45oC, with a nominal speed of 3000 rpm and a maximum torque of 17.7Nm.
