The Bosch Rexroth R911256162 (MDD115A-N-030-N2L-130PB1) is a synchronous servo motor from the MDD series, designed for high-dynamic industrial applications such as roller feeds, pressing, and tool changers. It operates at a nominal speed of 3000 min⁻¹ and delivers a continuous torque of 28.0 Nm at standstill. The motor features electronic commutation, a lifelong lubricated bearing with a nominal life of 30,000 hours, high overload and cyclic load capacity, and efficient heat conduction. Its construction supports high radial loads, with a 130 mm centering diameter, standard housing, and an IP65-sealed enclosure. Feedback is provided by a digital servo feedback encoder. The unit includes a shaft with keyway and seal, positioned connector on side B, and a holding brake with 45.0 Nm torque. Cooling is achieved via natural convection and surface cooling, and thermal overload protection is integrated by a thermal sensor.
