The Bosch Rexroth's R911256226 (MDD093B-N-030-N2L-130GB2) MDD servo motor integrates high-performance synchronous servo motors with Indramat's digital drive controllers, creating efficient, high-response systems. Clocking a nominal speed of 3,000 RPM, the system features digital servo feedback, guaranteeing an accuracy of ±0.5 angular minutes. Its optical measuring principle negates the requirement of an independent encoder. A built-in thermal sensor in the servo motor's stator winding protects from thermal overload damage, and the surface cooling and natural convection support high-load conditions. The motor also features electronic commutation, a brushless design, lifetime-lubricated bearings for seamless operation, and an IP 65 rated protection resisting the intrusion of external objects or multi-directional water sprays.
