The MDD digital AC servo motors by Bosch Rexroth are a component of widely used factory automation technologies. Designed with a high power density specifically for dynamic operations such as those found in pressing, punching, and nibbling machines, the R911256235 (MDD093B-N-020-N2L-110PB2) model features an integrated digital servo feedback system for relative indirect position evaluation, an output shaft with DIN 6885-1 keyway, and a 22.0Nm blocking brake for a backlash-free holding when powered down. Additionally, the motor features a thermal sensor to prevent overheating. This motor is designed with a standard, completely sealed housing making it suitable for natural convection cooling and safe from coolant or emulsions damage. Designed with a protection rating of IP 65, it is protected against external object intrusion and water spray. It works optimally at 0-40°C, 95% max humidity, and a height of up to 1000m.
