The Bosch Rexroth MDD servo motor model R911257012 (MDD065B-N-060-N2L-095GB1) is a high-performance synchronous motor designed for various applications such as machine tools, textile machines, and robotics. This motor employs natural convection and surface cooling to prevent overheating during continuous start-stop cycles. Meeting Balance Class R standards per DIN VDE 0530, the MDD R911257012 (MDD065B-N-060-N2L-095GB1) is equipped with a thermal sensor in the stator winding to guard against thermal overload. The motor's sealed housing, protected by a weather and lye-resistant black prime varnish, prevents the infiltration of solids and water sprays. The motor features a plain output shaft with a sealing ring to stop liquids entering the housing. Furthermore, it utilizes high-precision digital servo feedback for accurate indirect position detection. The servo motor has a centering diameter of 95mm, operates at a nominal speed of 6,000 rpm, and is effectively functional up to a maximum ambient temperature of 40oC.
