The Bosch Rexroth R911262510 (MDD065C-N-040-N2M-095PB1) is a digital AC motor with a size code of 065, specifically designed for highly dynamic applications. The motor incorporates permanent magnets made of iron oxide or rare-earth magnetic materials and features lifetime-lubricated bearings. Its blocking brake exerts a torque of 3Nm, while its permissible axial force is related to the permissible radial force. Utilizing motor feedback for rotor position detection, this unit can resist extrinsic object intrusion. However, it cannot support design B14 mounting mode, liquid accumulation around the output shaft with vertical mounting, or a flange with a customized pilot diameter. It may also experience thermal stress-related bearing damage on the B side if bevel gear pinions are used. Featuring an R balance class and the option for an independent blower, the motor has a clear, visible device-type plate and integrated temperature sensor within the windings. The maximum motor speed is determined by the supply source's DC bus voltage at the associated drive. The motor ships with a one-year backup support guarantee.
