The R911263231 (MDD093B-N-030-N2L-110GA2) MDD motor is a highly useful component of Indramat’s rapid-response automation systems, known for its flexibility and cost-effectiveness. It is designed to handle high radial loads and allows direct pinion and belt pulley attachment. Utilizing an optical measurement principle, the servo feedback system offers superior resolution in indirect position detection and operates efficiently at high speeds. The system accuracy is ±0.5 angular minutes and contains a data storage for easily accessing motor parameters. The motor operates maintenance-free, thanks to its brushless design and lifetime-lubricated bearings, and it can reach a speed of 3000 RPM. The MDD motor exhibits excellent heat dissipation through natural convection, surface cooling, and stator conduction. Its housing is fully sealed and is finished with black prime varnish to guard against weathering and other environmental damages. Meeting the IP 65 Ingress Protection category, the motor's output shaft features a sealing ring to prevent fluid ingress.
