The Bosch Rexroth MDD series R911264922 (MDD093B-N-020-N2M-110GB2) is a digital AC servo motor specially designed for multiple applications, including machine tools, printing machines, and transfer facilities. Offering a rapid-response to intelligent digital drive controllers from Indramat, this motor features an integrated multiturn absolute encoder that securely stores position information, eliminating the need for an additional incremental encoder. The motor offers impressive precision with a system accuracy of ±0.5 angular minutes, thanks to its optical measuring principle. It comes with a maintenance-free design backed up by brushless technology and lifetime-lubricated bearings. The motor is optimally cooled through natural convection and surface cooling. It has an installation-friendly design with an abundance of prefabricated cables and complies with DIN 40 050's requirements with an IP 65 grade housing for protection against touch, dust, and water jets. The motor also includes a 22.0Nm torque blocking brake and a thermal sensor for temperature monitoring.
