The Bosch Rexroth MDD series, R911267196 (MDD090C-N-040-N2M-130PA0), is a synchronous servo motor with a high power-to-weight ratio and a compact design. It features a brushless mechanism with a life-long lubricated bearing and clocking a nominal operation lifespan of 30,000 hours, ensuring essentially maintenance-free operations. The motor has a nominal speed of 4000rpm and a centering diameter of 130mm. Its output shaft with a DIN 6885-1 design keyway provides surefire torque transmission while preventing damaging fluids' entry via a shaft sealing ring. Heat dissipation is naturally facilitated, easing operations under extreme loads. With an IP 65 rated protective housing, it's safe for use in harsh conditions, dustproof, waterproof, and touch-proof. The servo motor also includes a digital servo feedback featuring an integrated multiturn absolute encoder for precise axis positioning and data memory for faster startup. The overall casing is primed with a black varnish to ward against chalky deposits, weathering, yellowing, lyes, and weak acids.
