The Bosch Rexroth MDD R911270310 (MDD115D-N-020-N2M-130PA0) Motor, specially designed for high speed automation systems, provides precise contouring at high feed rates. These brushless motors, optimised for use with Indramat's digital drive controllers, exhibit a maximum torque of 177.2Nm at a nominal speed of 2,000 rpm. Their low-inertia rotors, made from either rare-earth or iron oxide magnets, enable a high torque-inertia ratio for improved dynamic performance. These motors incorporate self-lubricating bearings, enhancing the lifespan to 30,000 operating hours and allowing for a maintenance-free operation. Thanks to its IP 65-rated sealed housing, the motor guarantees reliable operation in even adverse conditions. It features surface cooling and natural convection heat dissipation. Lastly, its DIN 6885 compliant output shaft with sealing ring ensures a secure torque transmission and prevents liquid entry via the shaft.
