Description

The Bosch R911277446 (MDD090A-N-020-N2M-110GA1) synchronous servo motor executes speed in synchronization with the frequency of the input AC power. Using an integrated multiturn absolute encoder, the motor, enclosed in a completely sealed IP65-rated housing, offers complete dust protection and resistance to low-pressure water jets. The motor is primarily cooled through natural convection and surface cooling, depending on the motor's operating load. A feature of the motor is a plain main shaft, operating at a nominal speed of 2000 RPM, with a sturdy centering diameter of 110 mm. The motor also houses an electrically released blocking brake from a 24V DC signal, producing a holding torque of 6.5 Nm, and it releases and clamps within 60ms and 20ms respectively. Weighing 12.5 kg and operating at 0–40°C, the motor's brake adds an extra 0.5 kg in weight.
