Using a multiturn absolute optical encoder for digital servo feedback, it controls the position and speed of the motor output shaft effectively. Operated by a Rexroth intelligent digital drive controller, it outputs 56.3 Nm peak torque making it ideal for high-torque applications like textile machines, machine tools and robotics. Its 24 VDC blocking brake produces 11 Nm torque ensuring servo-axis standstill. Featuring a plain output shaft on the motor housing, it has an active temperature range of 0 to +45 degrees Celsius.
