The Bosch Rexroth R911308926 (MKE098B-047-DG0-BENN) is a synchronous servo motor designed for use in potentially explosive environments, as indicated by its ATEX-compliant housing. The motor operates within an ambient temperature range of 0 to +40 °C, at elevations from 0 to 1000 m, and features an insulated aluminum flange in accordance with DIN 42948. It provides a continuous current rating of 9.8 A at standstill (60K) and delivers 12.0 Nm continuous torque, with a winding resistance of 8.400 Ohm at 20 °C. The connection is positioned on the B-side via terminal box. An optical multiturn absolute EnDat2.1 encoder (model M2) with data memory is included, supporting storage of motor and control-loop parameters. The shaft incorporates a plain, non-positive hub connection and is equipped with a DS-thread conforming to DIN 332 as well as a shaft seal. Bearings conform to ISO 281, offering a mechanical service life of 30,000 hours. The design supports sinusoidal vibration at standstill and emits a sound pressure level of 61.8 (±3) dB[A]. Use in areas exposed to corrosive agents should be avoided.
