The Bosch Rexroth R911319681 (MKE098B-058-BG0-BENN) is a synchronous servo motor from the MKE series designed for applications requiring explosion protection per ATEX standards. It features a maximum speed of 5000 min-1, continuous standstill current of 12.4 A at 60K, and RMS maximum current of 55.9 A. The motor delivers up to 43.5 Nm maximum torque and supports an axial force of 60 Nm. It uses a plain shaft with a frontal centering hole and is constructed without a holding brake. The integrated encoder is an optical Singleturn EnDat 2.1 (model S2) with 2048 signal periods. Rotor moment of inertia is 0.00430 kgm². Electrical connection, via a terminal box, is positioned on the B-side. The unit is suitable for operation and storage within a temperature range of -20 to 80°C, and should be stored in a humidity-free environment. Dual grounding via the motor cable and a separate conductor is required.
