The R911345124 (MKE118D-027-CG0-KE4) is an ATEX-compliant servo motor engineered for use in potentially explosive industrial environments. This motor features a size 118 housing with a plain shaft designed to DIN 332 'DS' thread, and operates with 4 paired poles and an alternating current electromagnet. It supports a magnetic field speed of approximately 3000 rpm and utilizes an optical multiturn absolute Hiperface encoder with 128 increments for precise feedback. The cable entry diameter ranges from 13.0 mm to 16.0 mm with connection directed at the top through a terminal box. It is specified without a holding brake, provides a maximum torque of 187.0 Nm, and has a winding resistance of 0.350 Ohm at 20°C. The motor's discharge capacity is rated at 20.2 nF and it is suitable for ambient temperatures from 0°C to +40°C. The housing is finished in black (RAL9005), resistant to diluted acids and oils but not suitable for concentrated acids or prolonged hydraulic oil exposure. Recognized leakage current is 3.5 mA and a founding system connection is required. Cabling complies with applicable international standards.
